I am preparing to depart back to Ghana tomorrow as this recent time at home has come to close. I just want to take this time to write you briefly to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation to you and your team. We recently concluded the purchase of a 2012 Hyundai Sonata which will serve as the car for my wife Sara and my children principally. While we entered into the car-buying process with some doubts and trepidation, I can say that we all came away from our experience with you and your team feeling good, well-treated and complete.
I can tell you that I was personally very impressed from the initial contact that Sara had with you and your staff. Even before I returned back to the US, they had told me of the special and unique service they felt they had after their first visit to your very lovely and super-clean facility! In fact, they were so impressed that they had me drive them back to Vallejo the day after I arrived. On both occasions to visit your facility, Sara came with children and on both occasions, and was so pleased with the way the children were also treated by your staff - not always an easy task.
Kenny, you entire staff treated us well. Whether it was Sean, Gabriel, or others, we were made to feel respected and welcome, but not in an overpowering manner. In fact, we felt no pressure at all throughout the entire buying process - and this for me with a key distinction and difference that I will not forget. But special commendation is merited for Mr. Kaga Fashanu. Kaga really connected well with my family and had a good sense of what our needs and desires really were. He exhibited extreme patience, a high degree of professionalism, and great command of the knowledge, technology and information that was important to Sara and my sons. He really was an integral part of this deal going through for us, and also going through so successfully. Kaga certainly left us "completely satisfied!"
It has been awhile since I have purchased a new vehicle, but I am certain that I would like to have the same experience again with you. For us, the purchase of a vehicle, whether new or used, is a blessing. This blessing is important because I want my family to be safe, secure, and happy in their new vehicle. I am comfortable in knowing that you all have helped make this reality come to pass.
